Salvatore is Chairman Emeritus and founded Integrity Advisors Pension Consultants, Inc. just over 63 years ago. He spent the majority of his career in the borough of NYC and the Long Island communities. He wrapped up his career in Westchester County in the early 90’s, handing over the reins to his son, Matthew. Over his career, Salvatore transformed “IAPC” from a small humble multi-faceted financial consulting practice to the foundation in the 90’s, that grew to the Qualified Plan Design Machine that it is today. Salvatore spent the majority of his career as a financial tax consultant known then as a “Pensioner” for the growers, farmers and nurseries of Long Island. Throughout his career he held designations of CLU and CFP. Salvatore currently is retired and lives in Pawling, NY alongside his wife Virginia.
